Pack, remaining warranty position and how the car has been charged all sit behind what a used Tesla is worth. We ask, because it changes the number.

Software

Some option packages stay with the car when it changes hands and some do not. We tell you which is which rather than quietly assuming.

Wheels

Size, style and kerb damage are the most consistently under-declared part of a used Tesla. Tell us honestly and the valuation stays honest.

Condition

  • Where it's lower, the shortfall is cleared before the sale completes.
